What needs to be done before a workshop? What can be done during one? What happens after one?

In this section you can find instructions that cover the different phases of a co-creation process, from planning to conducting a workshop, as well as insights on what happens after that. The instructions include 10 steps with further considerations for different frameworks which will help you adapt to the right context and find the right ingredients. Coordination (including invitations) concerning the event is not part of these steps. The focus is on the role of the facilitator.

 

The steps 1-5 are for BEFORE a workshop: for planning and preparing, the steps 6-8 provide tips for what happens DURING a workshop, and steps 9-10 are to be taken AFTER a workshop.
